Who Is Jezebel?

Who is Jezebel

Jezebel is what they call women who struggle with promiscuity

Her dedication to manipulation will leave you practicing witchcraft prematurely

Jezebel is not just filled with sexual immorality

Jezebel is filled with taking your purity

Not just in regards to lying down with one

But also lying to one to deceive one’s reality

Jezebel is the girl who tries to seduce men after they’ve made it known their relationship has come to an end

Jezebel is also the “girls girls” and pretends to be your best friend

Jezebel seduces with lingerie and dark liquor

But Jezebel also seduces with dinner dates and pedicures

Jezebel is not always dressed in provocative clothes

Sometimes Jezebel dresses like you to save face that she’s trying to destroy your soul

So yes men be aware of the Jezebel who continues to crawl into your sheets

But women be aware of the Jezebel who lies with you when you weep

Here Are Five Tips To Help You Practice Discernment

  1. Avoid Deceptive Influences: Many of us tend to minimize the amount of influence people, places, and things have on us. It makes us sound less like who we believe ourselves to be when we face reality when we change aspects about ourselves to adapt to our surroundings. Use social media for example. Instagram has a reputation that we must show up as our best selves. In comparison, TikTok has a reputation that gives people a platform to show up exactly as themselves. That’s similar even in our day-to-day lives. Think of your business or your place of employment as Instagram, we show up dressed appropriately, use proper grammar, and don’t show or discuss things that are too personal. Verus when we are with family or friends we align more with Tiktok. We get to be our true authentic selves. However, even with us being our definition of “True & Authentic” does not mean we are showing up as the true and authentic men and or women of God he has created us to be. If you notice you tend to fall into more sin, more anxiety, and more secrecy when you are among certain individuals that is a deceptive influence. While of course, social media can be a deceptive influence it’s just as common for your favorite cousin, best friend, or even sibling to be a deceptive influence. So to not allow those things to hinder your growth first identify the influence and figure out a way to make something that was once deceptive good. It is not always about removing individuals from your life. It’s ok to give one grace. Just know in that grace you are given it is both of your responsibilities to make deception become greatness.

  2. Observe Your Environment: Oh my goodness! The importance of having a healthy environment is imperative to your growth spiritually, financially, romantically, and just in every regard. When you put yourself in an environment filled with love, peace, kindness, joy, prosperity, and abundance. You allow yourself to truly become the man or woman you were called to be. A common mistake we all make is unintentionally and even sometimes intentionally making ourselves small so we make the ones around us more comfortable. However, it only makes you uncomfortable reducing yourself to being amongst people who aren’t for you. Creating an environment and atmosphere that is purposeful to your future will only enhance the greatness that is inside of you.

  3. Practice Wisdom In Your Decision-Making: The decisions you make now, impact your future. Rather you’re younger or older there’s a future ahead of you. This means you must practice decision-making from a place of wisdom and not from a place of comfort, complacency, or cowardness. You first have to believe you have a purpose and then have faith that God will reveal that purpose to you. Once you understand you’re purposeful and responsible to fulfil that purpose it will assist in the types of decisions you make.

  4. Guidance In Prayer: Pray! Like seriously pray! There is no right or wrong way to pray. God is listening to you as long as you are coming to him with a genuine heart searching for him. Whether you are lying on the floor weeping or on your knees prophecying, God hears you. He will speak back. No, he’s not going to call your phone or sit on your bed to speak to you but he will converse with you. Rather he communicating with you through visions, dreams, feelings, or even other people he will find a way to let you know how real he is. So you’re struggling with discernment. Pray to no longer struggle with it. God may not answer you when you want but I promise you he will answer you when you need it.

  5. Allow Yourself To Feel: It’s normal to feel overwhelmed, overstimulated, and merely over it. Trying to understand what is God is difficult. In this journey of discernment, you realize people and places you love are not good for you, and that sucks. However, do not allow your disappointment in having to let go and let God make you feel bad for having a normal response. Be hurt, waiver, and even cry if need be. Having feelings is not a sin. So feel and know your feelings are valid.
